Cancellation Policy

All orders can be cancelled within 48 hours at no cost. Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours.

Manufacturer Defects Policy

Bags that experience stitching failures due to manufacturer's defect are covered for a full replacement 60 days from the date of purchase. Snags and other play related damage is not covered under this warranty.

If you experience a manufacturer defect, please email mark@standardbags.com with a picture of the defect. Once a manufacturer defect is confirmed, replacement instructions will be provided.

The warranty is non-transferrable.

Custom Bag Policy

All sales of custom made bags are final. The Manufacturer Defects Policy applies to custom bags.
